So many have given their unwarranted opinion, therefore I figured I would just ask! At my daughters age my son was already singing his alphabet, and counting to 20. Yes I know every child is different but they have also had different life experiences, one attended a school structured daycare while the other is at home with me.
My question is, am I hindering my daughters growth by keeping her home with me? I am not saying I am ready to submerge her in a 5 days a week program, because I could not possibly handle the withdrawal. However maybe a couple of days a week, to allow her time to interact with children her own age and the ability to learn with them opposed to an over eager mom and leapfrog!
I welcome your feedback!
